For years, I desired the freedom to work with patients outside the constraints of conventional medicine. I did not want insurance limitations or diagnosis-driven care to restrict appointment times and hinder addressing root health concerns. I aimed to provide the comprehensive, personalized care every patient deserves. Recognizing that each individual is unique, I believe treatment should never be reduced to a one-size-fits-all approach. This belief led to the founding of the South Florida Integrative Health Center, a patient-centered, holistic primary care model.

With over 30 years in both functional and conventional medicine, my goal is to bridge both fields. I make primary care proactive health management accessible and empowering, offering an individualized approach to care. This approach focuses on the whole health picture, avoiding unnecessary testing and temporary solutions. By combining nature's healing power with evidence-based alternative therapies, I integrate conventional medicine, herbal remedies, and longevity insights from around the world. My certifications in dietetics and dual board certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Holistic Family Nurse Practitioner (APHN-BC) bring valuable expertise to each consultation. My mission is to simplify health management, providing the testing, answers, and guidance you need to maintain your well-being.

I am passionate about educating the public on nutrition and natural medicine. For over 25 years, I have applied food as medicine, conducting groundbreaking nutritional assessments in hospitals. My research on the Mediterranean Diet's impact on diabetes reversal further supports my holistic approach. For more than a decade, I've been an educator and leader with the Weston Price Nutrition Foundation in Miami Beach. As a chapter leader for the Miami Holistic Nurses Association, I actively promote holistic practices, empowering individuals to make informed, health-positive decisions. I am dedicated to helping you understand, manage your health, and live life at your healthiest.
